We have changed the assignment of customer accounts in marketplaces, so that they are separate for each marketplace and added only to the store realizing the order

So far, during the creation of the customer account in the marketplace, we did not distinguish the sources of the order and all purchases were assigned to one account assigned to purchases coming from the marketplace. From now on we will create separate customer accounts depending on the marketplace, to which they will be added subsequent orders from the same source. In addition, newly created accounts will be assigned only to the store performing the order.

ISF version 2.0. We have expanded our open format to add any courier or courier broker to support custom configuration fields.

Internet Shipment Format (ISF) is an open format dedicated to developers and store owners, providing a very simple operation of exchanging shipment data in the form of an XML file or web service. The data is sent to the partner in a fixed structure, and then returned to the store with completed information, e.g. the number of sending the package. In the latest version 2.0, we've added the ability to define your own custom configuration fields that will automatically be displayed when generating parcel numbers and in the courier configuration.

Due to the fact that the new product list, presented a year ago is a fully operational mechanism, and we no longer see the reason for maintaining the parallel mechanism of the "old product list”, we leave the panel only to view the product list in a new, faster way with more possibilities.

As every year, we have conducted a detailed analysis of the availability times of IdoSell Shop online stores whose servers we care for every day. In 2018, the measured SLA amounted to 99.9653%. This means that the average virtual server was not available for 182 minutes and 32 seconds. This confirms that thanks to many years of work we have managed to develop the availability of such a complex service at higher levels than the highest market standards and standards for static site hosting.
