Updated IdoSell Terms and Conditions for EU and non-EU customers as of 1 May 2024

Maintaining the rules contained in the Agreement and the existing Terms and Conditions for the introduction of new terms and conditions, we present, one month in advance, the changes to the IdoSell Terms and Conditions that will be effective from May 1, 2024.

We have updated the section on GDPR in § 4.14. regarding the transfer of information between IAI group companies.

We have also aligned the content of IdoSell's regulations with the Digital Services Act (DSA). The Digital Services Act is a European Union regulation that, among other things, makes it mandatory for hosting providers and online platform service providers to moderate illegal content.
