We present the new release of Bridge 8.1, which will allow you to connect your IdoSell panel with Symfonia Handel software by Sage. Integration will allow you to import orders from IdoSell cloud to Symfonia Handel, synchronize product data, or synchronize customers.

On average, the in-store search tool is involved in between 30% and 50% of orders, which means that its performance has a significant impact on sales effectiveness. When using the in-store search tool, typically between 10% and 20% of queries return a page with an empty number of results. We have introduced Searching Pro, which makes it easier for shoppers to find the products they are looking for. Initial tests have shown up to several percent improvement in conversion.

In the last few days we have introduced improvements, thanks to which the collected opinions about the execution of orders in your store will be more reliable and random and unjustified reviews will not be taken into account.

In the coming weeks, we plan to release the possibility of paying in IdoSell stores with two convenient payment methods: Apple Pay and Google Pay. These two new forms are additional methods of paying with payment cards and will be available only in stores that use IdoPay as a system that supports card payments. If you limit the presented payment methods in COP yourself, the appearance of new payment methods may affect the list of available payments presented in your store.

Due to unplanned technical work carried out by us in IdoAccounts we were forced to temporarily disable logging in using our Facebook account. Until you turn it on again, we suggest that you hide the possibility of logging in through this channel.

One of the most important issues deciding which online store offer we will use is the possibility of pleasant and easy ordering. Any difficulties and unnecessary clicking make the customer quickly discouraged from shopping. With this in mind, we refreshed the purchasing process in the STANDARD templates, thus eliminating the need to select the bank and the type of payment card before placing the order. This selection has been transferred to the screen displayed after placing the order. Thanks to that the time from selecting products to completing the purchase is now even shorter and the whole process easier.
