Configure the Dynamic Pricing & Product Groups module

Setting up the Dynamic Pricing & Product Groups module is extremely simple.

How to activate Dynamic Product Groups

The module can be activated in the section MARKETING AND INTEGRATIONS / Dynamic Pricing & Product Groups

If the store uses the Google Ads service from IdoSell (IAI Ads), the Dynamic Product Groups module is active by default and the user has access to the following options:

  • Dynamic product groups, intelligently selected for promotion in IAI Ads
  • Dynamic product groups, intelligently selected for promotion in Facebook Catalog

If the store does NOT use the Google Ads service from IdoSell (IAI Ads), the Dynamic Product Groups module is inactive by default and the possible options are grayed out. If the user decides to activate the module for a fee, he will be given access to the following options:

  • Dynamic product groups, intelligently selected for promotion in Google Shopping
  • Dynamic product groups, intelligently selected for promotion in Facebook Catalog

How it's working?

After selecting any of the above options, the user will be able to narrow down the offer sent to products that meet the selected criteria and thus focus his advertising activities.

After saving the form, the shipment will be limited to only those products that belong to one of the selected groups (on the basis of the sum of the sets). From the moment of saving the form, it must take about 48 hours to narrow down the offer. During this time (48h), an additional message will also appear, regarding the number of goods that will be shipped as a result of the narrowing down, or information that the number of goods would be 0 and the rules should be changed.

  • The offer reduction will be implemented for all configured countries and languages.
  • Narrowing down the offer does not change the structure of existing campaigns.

  • The offer reduction will be implemented for all configured countries and languages.
  • However, in the settings of the export file, the user will be able to deselect the export file for which the Dynamic Product Groups rules are not to be applied by setting the option: "Generating the export file based on Dynamic Product Groups rules" to: no

  • The narrowing of the offer will be implemented by assigning selected groups of goods to appropriate catalogs previously created on Facebook by the user
  • The user will see information about the need to create folders with identical names to the groups of products they choose on the Sales Manager (Facebook) side
  • After creating the directories on the Facebook side, the directories will appear in the directory list in the panel. In the settings of each of the directories visible on the list, the appropriate currency and country should be set. Then, a feed will be generated for each catalog containing products appropriate for the selected group, eg for the catalog "Goods cheaper in the store than on Allegro", a feed with products meeting these criteria will be generated.

General thoughts

  • If you want to undo the narrowing of offers, it is enough to deselect all previously selected checkboxes and save the form or deactivate the service
