Important information about the need to update the Printer application before November 9, 2020.

If you are using the Printer version older than 6.0.4, this version will stop working after November 9th. Please update the application to the latest available version. The lack of such an update will result in a complete blockade of fiscal and non-fiscal printouts from the IdoSell panel and POS and Scanner auxiliary applications.

When performing the update, do not uninstall the previous version - this will keep the settings unchanged. How can I do that?

  1. Download the installer of the new version from the page HELP APPLICATIONS / Printer in your panel or from the link .
  2. Run the downloaded file Setup Printer.exe.
  3. Follow the installer prompts. If you use a Novitus or Innova fiscal printer, check the installation of the appropriate components during installation.
  4. Once installed, run the application where you should see the configuration unchanged.
  5. Stop the program service and go to the menu Settings / Fiscal printers and Settings / Document printers in order to check the correctness of the configuration saved there and make test prints.
