Thanks to IAI POS you can support loyalty cards in your brick-and-mortar store. Loyalty card enables a fast customer identification by its number, but also the access to current customer discounts, which can be used in the omnichannel strategy.

IAI POS enables convenient and intuitive loyalty cards support - cashiers can assign cards to handled orders and create new cards for people making their first purchase. IAI POS also enables sending generated data of a new card through e-mail/SMS. Loyalty cards supported by IAI POS can be used by customers in their future shopping both in online and brick-and-mortar store.
You can generate a loyalty card while creating a new customer account or while assigning an existing customer account:
If you do not have ready-to-use loyalty cards, you can generate the number of a new loyalty card automatically. Otherwise, you can enter this number manually:
After assigning a customer to the receipt you can also check which customer loyalty cards have been issued. In order to do this, please use the context menu:
If a customer has a loyalty card, you can search them by its number and assign it to the receipt:
Together with introducing loyalty cards support, we have rebuilt the mechanism of assigning customers to shopping – now it is more intuitive and easier to use. The ability to assign a new customer, as well as to change the previously assigned customer at any moment of the order handling process is a completely new functionality.
