CHANGELOG IdoSell (04.09.2023 - 08.09.2023)

As part of the IdoSell changelog, we periodically report on news, updates and changes to the IdoSell software. Invariably, we publish project news and information about the release of new functionalities within separate entries. The following changelog release presents the scope of changes 04.09.2023 - 08.09.2023.

Delivery times

  • We have improved the handling of the planned shipment date in orders where the customer himself can indicate the date of delivery of the package.

Products

  • We have added the ability to complete the option of minimum quantity of products in the order in the case of products with sizes.
  • We have improved the counting of POS price when it is copied from another store within the panel.
  • We have improved the highlighting of the product parameter by API version 192.

RMA and Returns

  • We have added the ability to search for a return/complaint by customer email address.
  • We have added the ability to search for a return / claim by the return shipment number to the customer.
  • We have added the ability to search for a return / claim by the status of the payment: all, unapproved, approved.
  • We have added the ability to search for returns / claims for which an invoice adjustment has not been made.
  • We have added in the returns/complaints search engine a search by general status, e.g. “Return processed negative", “Complaint rejected”.
  • We have added in the phrase search engine a search by the status “all unclosed”.
  • We have added filtering by source in the returns/complaints search engine, just like for the order search engine.
  • We have added in the returns search engine a search by customer type: wholesaler – yes / no.
  • We have added on the return card information about the location of the product in the warehouse.
  • We have added on the claim card the ability to change the form of preferred payment when the claim has a status of "Claim not resolved.
  • We have added in the history of returns / complaints saving information about changes in products and store costs.
  • We have made a change so that the shipment section on the return card will show regardless of the status of the return.
  • We have improved the claim preview by handling incorrect tags.

The above changes will be available in all IdoSell panels within 2 weeks of the publication of this post.
