Simplify sales in the B2B model. Prepare a dedicated offer available only for companies, set price lists for wholesalers or automate invoice sending.
To make order processing easier, order invoices visible in the panel are forwarded to Allegro. When the order is marked as sent, the system automatically sends an invoice to the buyer. It will be available for both the seller and the buyer to view also from the service level.
Thanks to Allegro's wholesale price list support, you can offer your customers more attractive prices when they buy a larger number of products. You can assign wholesale pricelists to one or many listings. They will be available only to buyers who have company accounts.
As part of the change package, we also allow you to make available offers that are only targeted at business customers. If you use the option Show listings only for Allegro Business in the selected Settings profile, your product will be visible to everyone, but only companies will be able to buy it. So far, Allegro has made this option available in the "Health" and "Beauty" categories.
Deferred payment orders for companies are handled like other transactions. The invoice attached to such order is automatically exported to the Allegro panel. Minimum order value for this option is PLN 100.
The changes, which support cooperation with business customers, are complemented by the automatic transfer of the VAT rate of the product listed on the site. This happens automatically, it is enough if the account is a company one. In such a situation, the system transfers the VAT rate from the item card to Allegro.
How to set up the wholesale pricelists? It is enough to set the pricelists added in the Allegro panel in your "Settings profile" before listing an item. In addition, thanks to the "discounts for large orders" you can set the Allegro discounts for the whole assortment when buying from a specific amount. The discount can be verified in the "Settings profile". Other changes work automatically, no additional configuration is needed.
