Limited ability to make fiscal prints on operating systems that are no longer supported by Microsoft (Windows 7 and XP). This is due to the tightened security policy of Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS)

We have noted signals of difficulties in handling fiscal printouts made from the latest versions of browsers that run on operating systems no longer supported by Microsoft, such as Windows 7 and XP. They are manifested by the error "Permission denied to access property "document" on cross-origin object" occurring in the communication between the IdoSell panel and the fiscal printer. The problem is caused by the strict security policy of the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome browsers and does not lie with Printer. An alternative solution in this situation is:

• use another browser,
• use an older version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome,
• upgrade to a Microsoft-supported version (preferably Windows 10).
