IdoSell Terms and Conditions update as of July 1 and IdoPay as of August 1 2022

Maintaining the rules contained in the Agreement and the existing Terms and Conditions for introducing new terms, we present in advance the changes to the IdoSell and IdoPay Terms and Conditions.

In the IdoSell Terms & Conditions, a provision has been added which entitles the Operator to terminate the agreement with the Customer without notice period, e.g. due to arrears - by means of a statement made to the Customer in an Ticket. Also, the provision of §8 point 4b was clarified in terms of conditions that must be met in order for the client to return to the Smart Cloud subscription i.e. order limit and API call limit indicated in the Price List cannot be reached during the Settlement Period of the Elastic Cloud Subscription Plan.

The definition of a Merchant in IdoPay changes. As of August 1, 2022, Merchants from Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden, Finland) as well as Romania and Bulgaria will also be able to use our payment services. However, as a small payment institution we still provide services exclusively to Merchants holding bank accounts held with banks domiciled in Poland. In addition, we have confirmed the possibility to terminate, with immediate effect, payment services agreements with Merchants who do not comply, despite our requests, with important requirements, e.g. in the area of anti-money laundering. The latter change is of technical (regulatory) nature; in the past practice we were forced to use such a possibility in individual cases.
