Now you can prepare any appearance of sales documents (VAT invoice, pro forma invoice, sales confirmation)

In addition to simple and convenient way of changing appearance of own printed documents granted in in February, from now on you can also change the appearance of sales documents, such as VAT invoices, pro forma invoices, sales confirmations.

The possibilities of customizing sales documents are just as extensive, as for printed documents. Editing documents takes place in a simple language of HTML markers, with the possibility of intuitive text formatting in the WYSIWYG editing mode, as in popular word processors. In order to place information about the order and products in the documents, appropriate variables are available.

After editing, any customized documents can be downloaded, or printed. The most powerful function of our WMS, i.e. the order fulfillment system, is the possibility of automatic printing using IAI Printer, for example after the order verification. Thanks to this action, instead of printing 500 sheets (which is also possible) with invoices, and then sorting them, the printouts needed for the package appear when packing the order.

Of course, we made sure that the change does not affect the appearance of current documents, so while using the default templates of sales documents, the appearance of a VAT invoice or sales confirmation will be further compatible with the existing settings of these documents in your panel. In addition, each change of the document template is saved in the history, so you always have the option to return to the previous version of the template.

What documents can be edited?

We provide access to edit all sales documents and two new confirmations:

• pro forma
• VAT
• corrective invoice
• sales confirmation

While introducing the above changes, we also improved printing PDF documents, thanks to which they generate faster and more accurately, which will be visible on printouts of photos that are currently in a clearly better quality, or in the correct presentation of tables.
