Do you have an external ERP system? Now you can close an order with insufficient stock of products
Sometimes it can happen that you are trying to close an order from an external storage system with products that are out of stock at IdoSell. Until now, for security reasons, the IdoSell panel did not allow such action. Now we give you the opportunity to remove this blockade.
When you use an external storage system, there may be a situation where there are discrepancies in reservations or quantities of products between your storage program and the state in IdoSell. Your system may allow you to sell more goods even if the goods in IdoSell are marked as completely sold out. IdoSell panel does not allow you to close orders with goods that are not in stock.
However, if you want to control all stocks and reservations of products only in an external program - you can turn off our safety valve.
Now you can disable the lock, which did not allow you to close the order with the goods in the warehouse that are not in stock in sufficient number. You no longer have to wait X days while waiting for the order to be closed by automatic process.
You will find the option in ADMINISTRATION/ Processes automation / Order management restrictions.
This option is only possible for external storage management. To disable it, the panel should have the following configuration in ADMINISTRATION/Configuration of stocks and stock management:
- The main stock system is: third party program.
- Stock quantities in third party application: I integrate via Bridge, Kamsoft Bridge or wFirma.pl or I control but do not integrate it via Bridge, Kamsoft Bridge or wFirma.pl.
If you decide to remove the blockade, you can choose whether you want a warning message to appear in a situation where the blockade would normally occur. These messages can appear on the order card as well as in the Group Order Edition.
If the main storage and sales system in your panel is IdoSell, the option to disable the blockade will not appear. The system will work without changes.
