IdoSell: You have been based on the IdoSell since 2010! How do you evaluate our system system after 7 years? Which of IdoSell solutions are you most satisfied with?
Violetta and Tomasz Lisoń, meblepumo.pl: The beginnings of cooperation were difficult, since IdoSell development was so dynamic that a small number of people could not keep up with the fast response when launching the platform in our company, but we managed and are still functioning today. We have been on the e-commerce market since 2008. Our first store was set up on the platform of competing company, but the potential of our development on that platform at that time did not allow us to spread our wings in e-commerce. The IdoSell system proved to be a better, more organized and more automated system at that time. During the 7-year period, IdoSell developed significantly, and our company did too. We are fully committed to using different IdoSell solutions . IAI Bridge, through which we combine orders, warehouses and all accounting, is very helpful. This gives us the ability of quick customer service along with settlements. We also use the automatic auction listing option . IdoSell enables handling several stores within a single administration panel, we are also starting with a dropshipping model in a recently established UK platform .

It is not easy, as every day you need to lift out a dozen tons of products to ensure fast delivery. Warehouses also require a lot of space. And everything starts with a customer, who we try to present with the best products. IdoSell: You use many integrations, sell in auction systems,price comparison sites or Google Shopping. Which other integrations do you use and how do you assess these integrations in the context of your business?
Tomasz Lisoń, Meblepumo.pl: as I mentioned earlier, integration processes between IdoSell and other systems such as listings, price comparison sites or affiliate networks constitute seamless connections. If they are not upgraded by external systems, they work flawlessly.
