New IdoSell Bridge - introduces as the first integration of a store platform with ERP Symfonia Handel "out of the box"
We present the new release of Bridge 8.1, which will allow you to connect your IdoSell panel with Symfonia Handel software by Sage. The integration will allow you to import orders from the IdoSell cloud to Symfonia Handel, synchronize product data, or synchronize customers.
Sage Symfonia Handel is professional flexible software to support sales and warehouse management designed for both single and multi-branch retail, service and manufacturing companies with simple, extensive and very complex commercial processes requiring extensive customization of the program to the specific industry and with extensive warehouse management (up to 255 warehouses).
The first release of integration with Sage Symfonia Handel provides you with the ability to:
- Transfer orders from the IdoSell dashboard to Sage Symfonia Handel.
- Update orders in Sage Symfonia Handel based on changes made in the IdoSell panel.
- Create customer files for each new customer assigned to an order from the store.
- Updating existing customer files based on information contained in incoming orders.
- Bilateral updating of customer billing data in the IdoSell administration panel, or in the Sage Symfonia Handel program.
- Synchronization of warehouses and their states with the IdoSell administration panel.
- Two-way price synchronization between Sage Symfonia Handel and IdoSell admin panel (you can choose the direction of synchronization).
Important!!! Due to the limitations of Sage Symfonia Handel's WebAPI, the program Bridge is not able to provide support for posting payments and transferring returns (these features will be supported in the future, as soon as Sage's WebAPI provides us with this capability)'.
Of course, this is just the beginning and we are already working on the next set of features that Sage Symfonia Handel software users will be able to take advantage of in one of the future releases of the Bridge application.
