We have rebuilt the page of adding a new order in the shop panel and added the possibility of completing the data based on the Statistics Poland database

We completely redesigned the new order page in the IdoSell panel, providing it with new functionalities and streamlining the order acceptance process, including adding the download of registration data from Statistics Poland resources.

In the new module, used when manually adding orders in the panel on the basis of a telephone or e-mail notification, we have facilitated the search for customers, allowing you to find them using the most popular criteria - NIP and company name in the case of companies, name, e-mail address and telephone number in the case of individuals.

When adding an order for a new customer, their data is automatically downloaded from the Statistics Poland database. In the case of existing customers, data from Statistics Poland is also downloaded and displayed, which simplifies data verification and updating.

When entering customer data, VAT payer verification also takes place and you can easily confirm the international VAT number based on the VIES system.

In addition, we have introduced several conveniences:

• possibility to choose between electronic and paper VAT invoice,
• viewing and editing of customer notes,
• possibility to edit contact data, billing and delivery address of an order,
• we have also made a number of minor bug fixes.

Until the end of March 2021, the new module is running in BETA mode and the previous version will still be available. We encourage you to test and make comments on the interface.
