Update of Terms and Conditions and Price List of IdoSell from 1 September 2021
Keeping the rules of introducing new terms and conditions contained in the Agreement and the existing Regulations, we present two months'' notice of changes to the Terms and Conditions and Price List of IdoSell.
The changes to the Terms and Conditions include mainly the reinstatement of the one-month notice period for changes to the Terms and Conditions and the entry into force of regulations related to e-commerce VAT. Cosmetic changes have also been made. Full text of the Terms and Conditions
Additionally, the IdoPay Terms and Conditions have been separated into a separate file, which will be a separate document as of September 1, 2021. Full text of the IdoPay Regulations
The following main changes have been made to the IdoSell Price List.
In the Smart Cloud plan:
- removing the 1.5% commission from the value of submitted orders
- introduction of fixed subscription rate ₤19/25€/$29
- introducing the limit of free internal orders of 30 (in case of exceeding the maximum number of orders in Smart Cloud Plans, there is a transfer to a higher plan)
- introducing the limit of free marketplace orders of 60
- allowing integration with any payment system (so far it was possible to use only IdoPay)
- introducing payments for marketplace orders above the limit of ₤0.09/0,10€/$0.12
- change of surcharge for each 1GB transfer started above the limit from £0.15/0.15€/$0.15 to ₤0.20/0,25€/$0.30 for 1GB
- change of surcharge for each commenced 1GB of data above the limit for disk space for additional Client’s data from £0.75/0.75€/$0.75 to ₤1.00/1,20€/$1.35
In the Smart Cloud annual plan:
- introduction of a fixed subscription rate ₤9/9€/$12
- other changes are analogous to the changes in the Smart Cloud
In the Elastic Cloud plan:
- change of monthly subscription rate from £59/69€/$79 to ₤89/99€/$119
- change the limit of free internal orders from 90 to 60
- change the limit of free marketplace orders from 300 to 180
- change of rate for internal orders above limit from £0.15/0.15€/$0.15 to ₤0.39/0,45€/$0.54
- change of rate for marketplace orders above limit from £0.03/0.03€/$0.03 to ₤0.09/0,10€/$0.12
In the Cloud Pro plan:
- change of monthly subscription rate from £349/399€/$529 to ₤429/499€/$599
- change the limit of free marketplace orders from 900 to 600
- change of surcharge for each additional 100000 API calls from £5/5€/$5 to ₤4/5€/$6
- change of surcharge for each commenced 1GB of data above the limit for disk space for additional Client’s data from £0.5/0.5€/$0.5 to ₤0.80/0,90€/$1.10
- change of fee for each qualified shop order above the free limit from £0.09/0.09€/$0.09 to ₤0.13/0,15€/$0.18
- change of fee for each qualified non-shop (and not from POS) order above the free limit from £0.03/0.03€/$0.03 to ₤0.04/0,05€/$0.06
In addition, the Price List increases the rate per man-hour of individual work and per day of contracted individual Web Developer work. Full text Price list
