Planned technical break on 21 October from 19:00 to 23:00 (date change)

Please be advised that on 21 October 2024, from 19:00 to 23:00, there will be a planned technical break, related to optimisation work on our system.

The break was planned for 7 October, but due to technical reasons it was postponed to 21 October.

During this time, the following functions may be interrupted or completely unavailable:

• access to the BOK panel (including the Support Centre).
• access to the Composer tool
• invoice generation
• parcel generation
• shipment label generation
• courier ordering
• CRM module

The maintenance work is related to the infrastructure adaptation to the increasing system requirements. Once they have been completed, they will not affect the continued correct operation of the system.
