IdoSell Shop contract termination

We always apply the principle of minimum formalities for all procedures, including the unpleasant ones. Same applies to the IdoSell Shop contract termination procedures.

In case you want to end your cooperation with IAI S.A., you have to terminate the IdoSell Shop service contract. The standard period of notice is 2 months and it comes into effect at the end of the month. It means that if you send a contract termination letter in the middle of the month (e.g. 15th of April), the period of notice will start from the beginning of the next month (1st of May). The period of notice may be extended up to three months upon your request.

If you decided to terminate the contract due to difficulties with initial configuration, lack of time or issues with launching your shop just let us know and we will do our best to help you out. Together we can make it work!

How to submit a termination form?

In order to terminate the IdoSell Shop contract it is required to send a letter of termination by mail to our headquarters.

Documents sent via a ticket or electronic mail will not be accepted, nor will telephone calls. The exception is a letter of termination signed with a qualified electronic signature which can be sent in a ticket.

I have a qualified electronic signature, can I send a termination letter via a ticket?

Yes. If you have a qualified electronic signature it is enough to send the termination letter in a ticket.

What should I include in a termination letter?

The termination letter must be a formal letter. It is therefore necessary to include information about the sender – company name and details, and the addressee – IAI S.A. It is required to provide your Client ID (ATTENTION: letters without the ID will not be accepted) next to the company name.

In the body of your letter please describe the reason for the contract termination and information about the period of notice. We can apply the standard 2-month notice period or the 3-month one upon your request in the letter.

At the end of your letter please place your legible signature. Remember that it is required that the termination form is signed by individuals who have legal right to represent the company. Lack of such signature or a signature of an unauthorized individual renders the termination letter void.

When will the period of notice start?

How long is the period of notice?

Standard period of notice, in case of the open-ended contract, is 2 months. We can extend it up to 3 months upon your request. Remember to include such a request in a termination letter.

I have a fixed term contract. How can I terminate it?

A termination letter, in case of a fixed term contract, can only be sent 2 months before the fixed term contract ends. Only then can you place a resignation along with general terms. After 2 years the fixed term contract changes to an open-ended contract automatically.

Can I fill in any fixed resignation form?

Yes. If you don't want to write a resignation letter yourself you can contact us and we will send you a resignation form to fill in and send back to us.
