SuperFair.Shop™ - award for the best online shops

IdoSell runs a SuperFair.Shop ™ program, where we appreciate the best online stores that provide their customers with fast, convenient and safe shopping. For this purpose, we have created clear criteria, once an online store meets them, the SuperFair.Shop™ title is awarded. We focused on the most important aspects from the customer's point of view - order handling time, variety of payment systems and couriers to choose from, security, and after-sales service.

SuperFair.Shop title is awarded to shops meeting all the requirements above. Depending on the business branch, it is possible to include or exclude individual targets within the module. In extreme cases, despite the fact that the store met all the criteria but violated the regulations of the IdoSell service, the award may be withdrawn. Special logo prepared for the best shops, appears in the footer instead of the standard logo (hidden when the White-Label option is enabled) and leads to a site that helps to build trust. We do not grant a license to use the logo ''manually'', as the title is generated automatically, based on recent panel operations.

Possible goals and conditions to be met by the online store:

  • Sending orders within the time specified by a customer - we check orders from last 3 months
  • Customers can log in with Facebook and Google accounts - in this case, at least one way of logging in via external service must be configured
  • Enabling customers to add returns through the customer's account in the store - if your store has an old layout and does not offer a return component, it is a good idea to invest in changes in the graphics
  • Enabling customers to add complaints through the customer's account in the store - if your store has an old layout and does not offer a return component, it is a good idea to invest in changes in the graphics
  • Enabling customers to use instant payments, for example paybylinks or payment cards - at least one instant payment must be added to the payment profile
  • Answering customer questions about products - there can be no more than 5% of unanswered questions within a month, but 4 last days are not taken into account (due to, for example, weekends, holidays, etc.)
  • The possibility of receiving orders in Paczkomat (for Polish customers)
  • Allowing customers to pay in installments - at least one installment payment form must be added in the payment profile
  • Allowing customers to edit an order after it has been placed - the option Allow for order modification made by client in MODERATION / Shop behavior management / Placing orders, must be enabled
  • At least 3 completed orders in each of the last 3 months

Surely the above list is not final. If we choose to add another criterion, it will affect the already given awards. However, over time, we expect the title to gain even more importance. Therefore, when introducing further requirements for SuperFair.Shop ™, a grace period and appropriate customer information policy should be considered.
