What catalogues are exported with documents?

Exported files always contain up-to-date information about goods and partners. EPP data include partners- and goods-catalogues.

Does catalogue data correspond to the data in the Edit goods tab of IdoSell?

Yes, data in the goods catalogue of the EPP file corresponds to the data in the Edit goods tab of IdoSell.

What is a partner catalogue?

A partner catalogue is a set of the most important information about a customer or a supplier.

Does exporting to EPP support documents with foreign currencies?

Yes, exporting to EDI++ (EPP) supports documents with foreign currencies.

It does not apply to cash and bank documents, where the currency is set in the target program. That is why exporting such documents is always performed with the default currency of the panel, and values in different currencies are converted to the default one.

If I export inventory documents from several warehouses, will I receive one EPP file?

No, exporting EDI++ (EPP) files generates a separate file for each warehouse.

If I export sales documents from several pages, will I receive one EPP file?

No, exporting EDI++ (EPP) files generates a separate file for each page.

Does the exported data about inventory documents contain goods catalogues?

It depends on the generation setting of the program for which the file is intended.

Does the exported data about sales documents contain goods catalogues?

Yes, the data about sales documents always contains goods catalogues.

Does the exported data contain information about the purchase price?

Yes, goods catalogues include the purchase prices of goods.
