IdoSell Shop Price List and Terms and Conditions update - effective from December 1, 2019.
While retaining update conditions included in the Agreement and the existing Terms and Conditions, we present changes in the IdoSell Shop Price List and Terms and Conditions one month in advance. The new rules will apply from December 1, 2019.
Main changes to Price List:
- Smart CLOUD is even more customer friendly. From now on, commission will not be charged on orders that are false or not completed due to not being paid for
- DEDICATED CLOUD 2 subscription fee was slightly increased due to constant increase of the computation capacity allowing bigger shops to use this plan
Main changes to Terms and Conditions
- We introduced obligatory changes allowing us to deliver IAI Pay Services with a completely new approach within IdoSell Shop service.
- We formally systematised and regulated responsibility and guarantees as part of service works. Until now, these issues were unclear. The most important change is that we have introduced a clear 2-month time limit for filing complaints. Failure to get involved in investigating the reason for the option being down and whether it may not have worked for a long time or, for example, as a result of adding client's own JavaScript code will improve customer service and allow us to devote more time of our specialists (Web Developers) to customer orders. Lack of regulations led to absurd situations in which our specialists needed to figure out for 8 hours whether the problem was caused, for example, by a change from a year ago in the mask or an add-on installed by the customer. No such situations in the future, which in the case of small tasks handling took up to 50% of Web Developers time, means faster and cheaper future service work for all customers. And they still have 2 months full warranty for the work done. The only change, therefore, is that customer tests must be conducted within 2 months of the change being made available. We believe that thanks to this change, both sides will finally gain.
