We automate the process of issuing advance payment invoices

If you use advance payments in your store, after receiving such payments you should issue an advance invoice for the customer. Now you can automate this process in the IdoSell Shop WMS. Thanks to a new option Generate an advance payment invoice automatically after allocating an advanced payment located in Administration / Processes automation, the IdoSell Shop system will issue advance payment invoices automatically.

Turning the Generate an advance payment invoice automatically after allocating an advanced payment option on, will issue advance invoices every time a payment that does not cover the entire cost of an order is received.

This option works independently of other settings, so if you selected the option not to issue the final invoice for orders (Issue invoice -> never), an advance invoice may be issued nevertheless.
