2 changes in offer sharing mechanisms

Today we introduced 2 changes facilitating offer sharing:

1. Stores can now activate sharing all products - even if they are hidden on page. It can be obtained by activating the "All products, regardless of "hidden on page" option" in offer sharing configuration.
2. Improved offer sharing for wholesalers. Wholesale customers encountered some problems - so the products could be included in offer, they should have their retail price set as higher than zero. This condition was fixed, so it could not be deactivated, so those products were hidden in the offer. Currently zero-retail price does not exclude such products from offer. If a wholesaler is a recipient of the offer, wholesale prices will be assigned to product. If wholesale price is zero, only retail price will be shared.
