ATM S.A. - Atman launches a new website and sales portal based on IdoSell Shop

The Polish data center market leader just launched their new, fresh sales portal. It uses well known ecommerce solutions and is based on an engine dedicated to online shops - says the recently published press release of one of our clients, ATM S.A.

Slick and mobile

The new website was created in cooperation with IAI S.A. and is based on the well known and secure IdoSell Shop ecommerce platform. IAI S.A. had already worked with other big market players, such as PKO BP, mBank, Polish Post, DHL, PayU, on integrating their solutions supporting online sales and customer service.

The new portal boasts a fresh, legible layout and contains information about all services offered by Atman. - We decided to organise our offer into groups of four service areas - data centers, dedicated servers, cloud computing, as well as telecommunications and web security. Main changes from the previous version? The new portal now supports an easy and direct way of purchasing our services, it is also well optimised for mobile devices - says Grzegorz Żmijewski, Marketing and Business Development Director at ATM S.A.

Cooperation with the ecommerce leader

A key change was to use well known B2C ecommerce techniques and adapt them to the demanding B2B market. On one side, the new portal allows for making purchases easily, on the other it supports contacting the Atman sales department and making purchases in a traditional fashion. Another advantage of the new system is its integration with the internal sales & customer service system (CRM). In order to achieve the seamless integration, programmers from both companies worked to create a dedicated integration system.

We decided to merge classic advantages of ecommerce platforms with functions required by our clients. Our new platform supports complete control over the checkout process, provides access to advanced shopping cart configuration options, supports many payment services and lets us manage both sales and investment processes in real time - says Grzegorz Żmijewski from Atman. - The work required to implement such a system is demanding but innovative and results in many long term benefits.

Buying services? Happens online more and more often

Launching a new website and an ecommerce system is an answer to the growing trend of buying products and complex services online. The Accenture Channel Shift Report (Measuring B2B Efforts To Shift Customers Online) clearly shows that buying online is becoming a preference for B2B transactions - almost 60% of global companies sell already their services to more than 1/3 business clients, and 86% of polled companies enable online buying channels.
