Comprehensive configuration of IdoBooking
As part of this service, our team will quickly and efficiently set up your IdoBooking account, so that first clients can make online booking on your website within a couple of days. This way, you can save time and let us do the whole work for you. Remember that once the system is ready, you can take part in a training to learn how to manage reservations like a pro with IdoSell.
The configuration includes:
- Comprehensive set-up of your admin panel
- Adjusting your reservation conditions and payment methods
- Adding the offer, descriptions and photos on the basis of provided materials
- Defining the price list and special offers
- Connecting with chosen OTAs available in our Channel Manager module
- Setting up online payments
- Helping with creating a free website or preparing guidelines for individual website design
The cost of the service
You can select comprehensive system configuration while placing an order for IdoBooking. The one-time cost at the activation is 190 EUR/ 170 GBP/ 250 USD. Please bear in mind that if you decide to order comprehensive configuration later on, we will estimate the cost based on time needed to set-up your account. Details can be found in our price list.
How does it work?
- The person responsible for configuration will contact you via the ticketing system.
- You will be asked to fill in the form with basic information necessary to set up your account.
- One of the last steps is to connect with OTAs via our Channel Manager, payment gateways or property management system.
- At the end, we invite you to take part in a free training to discuss your reservation management via IdoSell.
