We enabled adding directions to your property in email notifications

We added location-specific directions in selected email templates.

Until now, you could display additional information for guests in selected email templates. Due to the fact that more and more property owners manage multiple locations, we decided to provide additional information with directions to specific locations.

The field for entering additional content found previously in WIDGET / Own content on the booking confirmation has been moved to details of specific locations. You can find them in ADMINISTRATION / Company details and policies.

Directions field is displayed in the following e-mail templates:

  • Reservation confirmations (sent automatically when the payment is registered)
  • Reminder of the reservation starting tomorrow (sent automatically one day before the arrival)
  • Email with the current reservation status (sent after clicking the button on the reservation card)

At the same time, we're preparing new content and template for the upcoming reservation notification. I'll be adjusted to new information with directions.

We have simplified the menu navigation

Links previously available in the INTEGRATIONS section have been move to the WIDGET tab:

  • Embed the widget on external website
  • Embed the widget on Facebook

INTEGRATIONS are now called simply CHANNEL MANAGER.
