What has changed?

We removed PayPal from the IAI Pay service

Unfortunately, due to unadjustedeness in the PayPal complaint handling procedure in relation to the standards of servicing mass online payments in the tourism industry, we regret to inform you that PayPal payments will no longer be available as a part the IAI Pay service. Accommodation facilities, according to PayPal, are extremely exposed to severe consequences of complaints issued by their customers. This is why, having the best interest of our clients in mind, we decided to withdraw this payment method from IAI Pay.

Of course all the payments already accumulated on your CSC Balance are safe and available to withdraw. You only need to issue a withdrawal request in the CSC. We kindly ask you to take care of it before the 31st of March 2017. In case of any questions, we advise to contact out Support Team.

Please bear in mind that there is still an option to integrate IdoSell Booking services directly with your private, business PayPal account.

If you want to have a unique design and apply some more advanced technological solutions in your IdoSell Booking website, we have prepared something for you! We added special implementation packages to our Price list. Each package comprises specific amount of working-hours which can be used by our graphic designers and web developers to prepare and implement an individual project for you. The package can be also used to import some data (i.e. reservations, customer base, object) and set up the admin panel.
