Price List and the IdoSell Booking Terms and Conditions update

According to the agreement and along with the current policy of introducing new fees, we present the new Price List and the IdoSell Booking Terms and Conditions. The new Price List and the Terms and Conditions will take effect from the 1st of November 2016.

New approach towards service fees

What has changed? Meeting the expectations of our customers, we have introduced a completely new Flat Fee model and modified service fees for our biggest clients (those with more than 100 rooms/reservation items). We want to offer you a more flexible and individual payment system.

This way, everybody can find a convenient payment model for themselves:

• The Commission-based model is the best solution for small facilities and seasonal accommodation.
• The Flat Fee model gives you a clear and predictable calculation of costs, leaving you a lot of space for growth. The service fee is proportional to your business size and number of items in your offer. It may be also a great idea for those with small facilities but a steady number of reservations throughout the year.
• The biggest clients can enjoy a wholly new payment system – a tailor-made flat fee model.

All you need to know about the new subscription models:

• There is a slight increase in the price of the yearly commission-based subscription – it will amount to 19 EUR/GBP. The price will be applied to all new subscription fees charged from the 1st of November 2016.
• After switching to the Flat Fee model, you won't be able return to the Commission-model for 12 months.
• The Flat Fee model, starting from 29 EUR/GBP per month, includes the Channel Manager feature without any additional commission for bookings made via Channel Manager.
• Current fees are applicable until the end of November. New fees will be effective for all new orders starting from the 1st of November.
• If your facility has over 100 rooms/reservation items, IdoSell Booking is a great choice for you. We'll prepare an individual offer which meets your needs and provides you with a proper infrastructure to handle any number of objects and reservations.
