New housekeeping module

We are happy to announce a new module - housekeeping. It will allow you to manage housekeeping tasks before the arrival of next guests. The module can be used by both property owners and housekeeping companies.

How does it work?

From now on, after the departure of your guests, all rooms or apartments included in the reservation will be marked as dirty, and will be visible in the housekeeping new module.

The module allows you to change the room status from dirty to clean, and provides information about the last booking, indicating the number of people or time of departure of guests. In addition, in the details of a given unit, you can check the planned arrival date for the next booking, and notes sent by guests.

It is possible to create multiple user accounts who will have access to specific properties in the indicated locations, allowing to easily limit access for users responsible for housekeeping. You can also easily print checklists including rooms which should be cleaned.

Further development

Soon, we're planning to include bulk status update and dedicated access right for housekeeping users, as well as full support of the module via API.
