Changes to the IdoSell Booking Price List and Terms & Conditions effective from 1 August 2018

Along with the current policy of introducing changes to existing documents, we present the latest IdoSell Booking Price List and Terms & Conditions which will take effect from 1 August 2018.

What has changed in the Terms & Conditions?

We always care about maintaining transparent terms of use of our service. Therefore, please get familiar with the new rules regarding settlements and blocking access to the service, which may occur if you do not pay your invoice on time. We have changed several deadlines indicating when specific parts of the service are blocked if we don't receive any payment:

  • 3 days after the payment deadline indicated on the invoice, the Customer may be restricted from using the administration panel.
  • After the next 4 days, all Booking Engines active in a given admin panel may be blocked.
  • 30 days after the payment deadline, we have the right to charge additional fees resulting from a prolongation of the payment deadline. The amount of fees is consistent with the current version of the Price List.
  • 60 days after the payment deadline, we may consider that you want to resign from the services. However, in such case, the date of contract termination is considered to be the last day of the indicated 60-day period, counted from the moment of reaching the minimum balance. Your account is charged with a fee in accordance with the Price List.

At the same time, we added the option allowing you to unblock access the panel in special cases (i.e. after making the payment via a bank transfer). It is just the beginning of changes that we want to inform you about in advance. We are currently working on improving numerous aspects of the settlement system (including charging automatic payments on a credit card, or the transfer of all customers to a post-paid settlement model in which VAT invoices will be issued immediately). What has changed in the Price List?

We removed from the point regarding the commission for making a payment to the CSC Balance via instant payments operated by IdoSell Booking (so far, as a fee for this transaction, we charged a commission of 1%).
